Data handling and AI boundaries
Exit Protocol organizes selected financial records into deterministic LIBR workpapers. AI may assist preparation steps; it does not replace counsel judgment, expert opinion, or the tracing math counsel chooses to rely on.
What we process
- Financial records and metadata you select for a matter
- Account, claim, and export configuration needed for workpaper generation
- Integrity references such as snapshot hashes and final export file hashes
- Contact details you submit through support, pilot, or lead forms
What we do not claim
- Legal advice, expert opinions, or guaranteed admissibility
- Automatic legal ownership conclusions from public educational tools
- Silent bulk ingestion of an entire workspace without user-selected documents
- Immutable blockchain sealing or undisclosed anonymity guarantees
Where AI may assist
- Statement parsing and OCR preparation for human review
- Drafting support for narrative fields that counsel or experts still edit
- Classification suggestions that do not override deterministic ledger replay
Where AI does not decide
- LIBR tracing math and material ledger totals on exported workpapers
- Which calculation strategy is visible on the workpaper face
- Whether a record set is complete, credible, or jurisdiction-appropriate
- Whether an export is suitable for filing, testimony, or settlement
Human review required
Attorneys and retained experts must review assumptions, source provenance, ledger rows, and conclusions. This page is product-oriented and is not legal advice or an expert opinion. Public tools such as the LIBR Scenario Explorer are educational only and store high-level lead summaries—not full transaction dumps—in generic lead capture paths.
