Clio Integration Evaluation Flow

Select a matter document. Stage it for local review.

Connect Clio, select a matter and source document, and create a local extraction review job. Staging does not import a ledger, run LIBR, generate a workpaper, or upload a file. After separate row approval and source confirmation, the staging user may explicitly generate a local workpaper and attempt to upload a new PDF to the selected matter.

Exit Protocol uses the Clio authorization flow to access matters and documents permitted by the Clio developer app and the signed-in user's Clio role.

The user grants Clio access through OAuth and returns to Exit Protocol.

The cockpit lists matters and requires the user to choose the financial document.

Review Locally

Extraction candidates require explicit local review. Staging triggers no automatic LIBR run or Clio upload; final workpaper upload is a separate user-confirmed action.
